To guarantee the best possible lifecycle of an oil filling, e.g. after
- a charge of oil type or grade, especially in the case of the base oil type
- greater contaminations in the gear oil filling
- or after major repairs to the gear system
We strongly recommend a flushing procedure prior to the final filling of the system with the new operating oil.
To reduce the cost of a flushing procedure, rinsing oils can be caught and reused after special filtering processes.
Because neither gear manufacturers or oil producers issue any guidelines about flushing, we are pleased to help you draw up the necessary documentation and procedures.
